Job Description:

As a Home Care Marketer, your primary responsibility will be to promote our services to potential clients, healthcare professionals, community organizations, while driving growth and development of the company.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to generate leads and increase client referrals. Strong referral source relationships Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, community organizations and other referral sources. Conduct outreach activities, including networking events, health fairs, and community presentations, to raise awareness of the agency. Participate in the intake process for new clients. Provide education to healthcare professionals and community members on our services. Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of your marketing strategies and campaigns. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing and business development in home care industry. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for making a positive impact. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HHAEX and Outlook is plus Ability to follow through and deliver admissions to the agency
