Dependable Desire to make a difference every single day Strong communication skills and an eye for observing changes in clients Loves to work with people Driver Able to pass a criminal background/drug test Duties Light housekeeping (laundry, vacuuming, cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, light dusting, changing bed linens) Running errands like grocery shopping or accompanying clients to appointments Assist clients with personal care (showering, grooming, toileting/incontinence care) Provide companionship to clients Assist with walking and transferring Other duties as assigned Skills Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices Understanding of personal care routines and hygiene standards Ability to adapt to different client needs and preferences Strong observation and documentation skills Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
