The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, with experience in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health environments. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through attentive and personalized care. Live in case 7 days a week 6am-10pm Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health conditions. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Experience with memory care and working with clients with Dementia Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality. Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Engage clients in social activities and encourage participation in hobbies or interests. Experience Previous experience in nursing home, assisted living, home health, or long-term care settings is preferred. Knowledge of patient care practices and familiarity with medication administration protocols is essential. Certification in CPR is highly desirable. Understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy is required. Cooking skills are a plus for meal preparation tasks. A compassionate demeanor and strong communication skills are necessary for building trust with clients.
