Therapy for All we owe our success to people and processes. The Personal Assistant is the supportive force behind the CEO and one that the CEO cannot properly complete her job without. Responsibilities Assist with Household Management Drive CEO’s daughter to and from daycare Assist with driving CEO’s parent to various doctor appointments Grocery shop and plan dinners Run other errands as needed to support CEO Calendar Management Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events Manage CEO’s calendar to optimize time management Communication Handle phone calls, emails, mail, and other forms of communication for the CEO. Filter and prioritize messages, and respond appropriately. Document Management Prepare documents and reports, manage files and maintain records. Research and Information Gathering Conduct research on various topics and gather relevant information for the CEO to support her work and decision making. Project Coordination Assist with project management, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met. Client/Stakeholder Relations Act as point of contact for clients, stakeholders, employees, and other individuals. Maintain positive relationships. Other tasks and duties as assigned. Required skills and qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Clean PA Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, and FBI Fingerprint History that has been completed within the last year (or the ability to obtain these clearances upon hire). Clean Driving Record Proven administrative experience Superb written and verbal communication skills Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability Aptitude for learning new software and systems Preferred skills and qualifications College degree or equivalent Experience with children Previous success in office management Experience managing budgets and expenses Experience developing internal processes and filing systems Comfortable handling confidential information

$18.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
