We proudly serve Mercer, Lawrence, Venango, Crawford, and Butler Counties in Pennsylvania. Summary We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Care Worker to join our team at The Wright Agency LLC. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to our clients in their homes, enhancing their quality of life and ensuring their comfort and safety. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being. Administer basic first aid as needed and monitor clients’ health conditions. Help clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in their homes. Document care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions to supervisors. Requirements Experience in home health care or caregiving is preferred. Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
