Operations Manager Position Summary:

Comfort Keepers Memphis is seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Caregiver Supervisor to oversee and support our team of caregivers. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality care delivery, caregiver development, and compliance with company standards and state regulations. The ideal candidate has a passion for senior care, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships with caregivers and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and onboard caregivers to meet client needs and company standards. Supervise, lead and support caregivers through regular check-ins, coaching, and performance evaluations. Ensure caregiver compliance with Comfort Keepers policies, procedures, and state regulations. Perform quality assurance visits in client homes to ensure satisfaction and care standards. Serve as a resource for caregivers in handling client concerns, emergencies, or care plan changes. Collaborate with the care scheduling team to align staffing with client care plans. Provide ongoing education, mentorship, and growth opportunities for caregivers. Document all caregiver and client interactions accurately and timely. Respond to caregiver and client issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Prior supervisory experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of caregiving responsibilities and senior care best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and solve problems under pressure. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare or management training is a plus. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must pass background check and drug screening.

Work Environment:

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$24.00 – $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
