The Case Manager will serve as a key liaison between attorneys, clients, medical providers, and insurance companies. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that each case progresses smoothly from intake through settlement, and that our clients receive the highest level of support and communication throughout the process. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering questions Open new case files, gather initial documentation, and ensure completion of client intake forms Coordinate medical appointments and treatment schedules for clients Track medical records, bills, and lien information Monitor case progress and deadlines, maintaining updated files and case notes Prepare demand packages and assist attorneys with case evaluations Communicate with insurance adjusters and medical providers regarding claims Support attorneys in trial preparation or settlement negotiations as needed Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with legal case management software (e.g., Case Peer, Clio, Needles, or similar) Empathy and professionalism when interacting with injured clients Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage or salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for career growth and legal training
