Job Summary Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Management Supervisor for a fully onsite, temp to perm position with our client in Vinings. This is a full-time role, Monday – Friday, during standard business hours. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in personal-injury case management (pre-litigation), along with 2+ years in a supervisory role. Essential duties include overseeing day-to-day case flow from intake through demand, ensuring stellar client communication, and resolving issues before the escalate to upper-management or litigation. Additional responsibilities include working closely with case managers, handling complex client concerns, and facilitating demand packet assembly.
