Your Role:
Provide and maintain child welfare services, counseling and case management to individuals, families and groups that include birth, foster and adoptive families, within agency policy.
Build a positive working relationship with clients to meet their goals through regular, consistent, face-to-face or virtual client contact. Maintain complete client files, ensures client records are up to date by inputting all necessary progress notes, data, and reports into the required data base in a timely manner on a regular basis.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or other Human Behavior Science. Two years’ experience with Child Welfare, Adoption, Foster Care, community resources and/or care coordinator preferred. Must be a licensed driver with access to a reliable automobile to meet client direct service expectations in the their homes and in community that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements.
