$29/hr About Our Client Our client is revolutionizing healthcare delivery with innovative solutions and on-site care. They need a Bilingual Case Worker to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct casework duties, meet with residents, and prepare evaluations. Inform residents about facility rules and service plans. Maintain confidential records and handle referrals to agencies. Assist residents with outside services and arrange transportation. Attend meetings and document progress.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of HIPAA. Experience with staff scheduling. Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
