Role Summary:

Physician Liaison / Community Outreach Coordinator Atlanta Fibroid Center’s community presence is central to our mission. As a Physician Liaison, you’ll help bridge our clinical services with the broader community. You’ll support both strategic outreach and grassroots marketing efforts, helping to build brand awareness, foster relationships with referring providers, and ensure a welcoming experience for new and prospective patients. This role blends marketing, relationship-building, and community development—and offers the chance to make a real impact in the lives of women seeking specialty care. What You’ll Be Responsible For Strategic Outreach & Relationship Building Cultivate strong relationships with OB/Gyns, Family Medicine physicians, and other healthcare providers through office visits, networking events, and educational luncheons. Represent Atlanta Fibroid Center at patient-facing events such as health fairs, support programs, and community engagements. Partner with internal and external marketing teams to help develop messaging and materials that resonate with referring providers and patients. Community Events & Program Management Plan and manage events including educational sessions, marketing booths, and provider appreciation initiatives. Identify opportunities to increase visibility through partnerships, sponsorships, and speaking engagements. Marketing & Engagement Collaborate on creative campaigns and content, especially for social media and patient communication. Analyze and report on marketing initiatives to track ROI and propose improvements for greater effectiveness. Budget & Operational Oversight Manage outreach budgets, track expenses, and ensure performance targets are met. Maintain consistent follow-through and communication with leadership regarding goals and progress. What You Bring 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing marketing, outreach, or community engagement role Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (preferred) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A natural relationship-builder with strong organizational and event planning abilities Experience in healthcare, public relations, or patient-facing roles is a plus Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across teams Employment Type Full-time, onsite position. Occasional weekend and evening hours may be required for events and outreach activities.
