ABOUT THE POSITION & ITS IMPACT

The Alumni Coordinator is instrumental in the organization’s ability to best serve our existing clients, clients whom have experienced the transformational impact of Onsite. This role supports all engagement efforts for alumni of Onsite intensives, Milestones, Nashville Wellness House, Adventure & Equine and numerous other programs. Working to engage and retain clients within the Onsite ecosystem has shown to be invaluable in a client’s journey; this position creates content, events and outreach efforts for this wonderful community.

ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE

You’ll build meaningful, in-person connections with clients on our TN campus by introducing the Alumni Program throughout their Milestones, Intensive and workshop experience. Attend key weekly programming, including Intensive Closing and Aftercare lectures, as well as Milestones Community Group. Support the planning, communication, execution and facilitation of virtual and in-person alumni experiences including the annual Milestones reunion, quarterly regional events, monthly Nashville gatherings and virtual check-ins. Track and support key alumni success metrics, including event participation, client satisfaction surveys, reviews, referral activity, and program enrollments Partner with key stakeholders to implement a communications and engagement strategy aligned with alumni needs and organizational priorities Manage multi-platform outreach including SMS (HeyMarket), email (Hubspot), online community (Circle) and Salesforce And more…a full job description can be shared at any point in the recruiting process.

Requirements:
IDEAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE

We are open to candidates of all backgrounds, experience and education levels. After all, years of experience is just a number. That said, we believe that candidates with the following backgrounds will be well-suited to succeed in this role: Minimum of two-years experience in customer service, client care, or marketing experience required Ability to be on campus (in Cumberland Furnace, TN) a minimum of three days per week Knowledge of 12 Step, recovery, counseling processes and ability to communicate those in a professional manner Experience in the mental health field preferred Experience with creative event planning preferred and experience leading small or large groups is preferred
