Seasonal, Non-Union, Non-Exempt Position $25.00 per hour, 35 hours per week
BASIC FUNCTION OF YOUTH EMPLOYMENT COORDINATOR
Responsible for the implementation of the Youth Employment Program, in accordance with funding source guidelines and child labor law regulations. Is a liaison between/among /volunteer worksites, and the youth participants and New Opportunities, Inc.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF YOUTH EMPLOYMENT COORDINATOR
Secures worksites and supervises youth participants. Ensure cooperation and compliance of all participating volunteer/ worksites and youth participants. Responsible for monitoring volunteer sites. Maintains accurate attendance records and demographic data of the youth participants as required by funders. Provides supervision as necessary. Responsible for tracking payroll records for youth participants. Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS OF YOUTH EMPLOYMENT COORDINATOR
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Recreation.
Experience:
Four years of experience in Education or Recreation programs or similar combination of education or experience.
Job Skills:
