Full Job Description About Us:

Clean Earth Books is dedicated to giving used books a second life. We work to keep books out of landfills and into the hands of readers by partnering with communities, schools, and libraries to collect gently used books through convenient donation bins.

The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and persuasive Outreach & Account Coordinator to help us expand and manage our book donation bin program.

Your mission:

connect with schools and libraries to place donation bins on their property—and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with those partners to ensure program success.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience working in or with schools or libraries (former librarian, school admin, media specialist, etc.) Strong understanding of how institutions handle excess or unwanted books Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with phone and email outreach Highly organized with experience in basic account or partner management Self-motivated and professional

Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to schools and libraries across targeted regions Explain the benefits of our donation bin program and secure placement opportunities Serve as the primary point of contact for partner sites Coordinate logistics for new and existing bin locations Monitor and support partner satisfaction, responding to questions or concerns Maintain accurate records of outreach, placements, and ongoing communications Why Join Us?
