The role involves supporting students in grades 5-8, providing therapeutic services, and collaborating with school staff to create a positive school environment.
Job Requirements:
LSWA, LSW, LCSW, or LICSW Certification (Required) Experience working with middle school-aged children Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Details:
Caseload of approximately 28 students (1×30-minute session per week per student) Provide drop-in services and support at-risk students as needed Facilitate a weekly Student Support Team meeting with the leadership team Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress Write progress reports for students with IEPs at the end of each quarter Provide school-wide support by being present in classrooms and hallways
