Responsibilities:

Provide direct, in-person social work services to students experiencing emotional, behavioral, or social challenges Conduct evaluations and create individualized intervention plans aligned with IEP and 504 goals Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student development and academic success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to designing effective support strategies Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with state and district policies Deliver counseling, crisis support, and advocacy services to enhance overall student well-being

Qualifications:
