Roles and Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapportwith patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Createindividualized treatment plans according to patient needs andcircumstances
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling,treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Conduct ongoingassessments of patient progress
• Involve and advise family memberswhen appropriate
• Plan outreach and referral activities insurrounding communities Qualifications
• Master’s Level Degree orhigher (Required) in related fields
• Full, unencumbered LMFT,LCSW, LMFT or Psychologist license (license based on officelocation). Applicants without a valid, active license will not beconsidered. We are currently not hiring associate/intern leveltherapists.
• 2 years’ experience with providing diagnosticassessment and therapy services
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)skills are a plus, but not required
• Maintain professionallicensure and/or certification throughout employment with thisagency
• Ability to work as a team member and cooperatively
• Superb organizational skills
• Ability to guide, direct, orinfluence people
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationshipswith clients and their families
• Electronic Health Record (EHR)

Proficiency:

Must have demonstrated experience in utilizingelectronic health record systems efficiently to manage patientdata, document clinical information, and access patient histories.

Familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable.•

Computer Skills:

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in a range of softwareapplications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases,and presentations. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies andtroubleshoot common issues. Benefits
