Clinical Social Worker 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars 1 Havenwood Ln, Travelers Rest, SC 29690 Part-Time, Weekends Only Clinical Social Worker Located in the beautiful upstate area, Springbrook BHS is seeking a full-time Clinical Social Worker. This direct service position provides general casework of assigned patients and facilitates groups daily. Will be in contact with agencies, families and significant others to facilitate psychosocial assessment, develop treatment goals, and a successful discharge plan.
Education:
Master in Social Work, or counseling related field
Experience:
Min. 2 years service in Social Services with at least 2 years of experience working in a hospital providing psychosocial care. Experience directly related to mental health. (Social Work internships only count for partial year)
Licensure:
S.C. Licensed Master Social Worker or Licensed in Counseling related field (or eligible for license).
Abilities:
Develop and implement clinical interventions based on patient needs as related to psychiatric diagnosis, level of functioning and age related issues.
