What You’ll Do:
Build real connections with youth and families during intake and treatment Create customized treatment plans that reflect individual needs and goals Collaborate with BCBAs, Family Partners, and Therapeutic Support Specialists Provide safety planning, coaching, and skill building Be part of our rotating on-call team supporting children’s mental health
Who You Are:
You’ve earned (or are earning) a Master’s in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or related field You’re passionate about supporting youth with emotional and behavioral health needs You bring compassion, strong clinical writing skills, and a flexible, team-first attitude Must have a valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation
