Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8 am-4 pmEarn $18.93/hourPosition DetailsThe psychiatric rehabilitation worker is responsible for individuals with serious, persistent mental health diagnosis to develop the necessary skills to overcome the functional impairments they experience as a result of their mental health. This position works to increase individual functioning level so they can be successful and satisfied in their environments of choice while living, learning, working and socializing. Services provided in group and one to one modalities.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and present member driven workshops, classes, and groups.
Teaching skills one on one and in group settings.
Provide guidance and support to members developing recovery goals in living, learning, working and social life domains.
Document individual member goals and progress notes in the electronic medical record.
Interaction with members during scheduled activities at STAR and in the community.
Actively participate in planning and organizing the monthly psychiatric rehabilitation calendar.
Transport members to and from the center for activities and meetings.
