We save lives while providing the opportunity for people torealize their healthy selves.: Group Facilitator Monte Nido EatingDisorder Center of Eugene Eugene, OR Monte Nido Eating DisorderCenter of Eugene, located in Eugene, OR is a primary eatingdisorder day treatment program exclusively for adults seekingtreatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge EatingDisorder, or Exercise Addiction. Through partial hospitalizationand intensive outpatient programming, clients participate in groupand individual therapy, benefit from Monte Nido’s clinical,medical, psychiatric and nutritional expertise and experience reallife challenges. The Group Facilitator is responsible forfacilitating and implementing group sessions. The goal is for thefacilitator to create a safe environment so that all patients feelcomfortable in sharing about emotional difficulties. The groupfacilitator will also need to provide a catalyst for the personaldevelopment of the patients. We are seeking a Group Facilitator tojoin our Monte Nido team. This role is three days a week, Wednesdayis required.

Responsibilities Include:

: Facilitate group sessions.

Facilitate interaction between group members. Maintain awareness ofindividual client’s needs. Facilitate identification and congruentexpression of feelings. Document group sessions including patients’progress or lack thereof, problems, concerns and mental status.

Follow the format and requirements within the program. Ensure thatall documentation related to the provision of direct patientservices is completed in a timely manner and in accordance withestablished policies and procedures and state standards. Developand maintain positive working relationships with staff, interns,management and other professional colleagues. Attend mandatorytraining and in-service collaborations.

Qualifications:

: Must beactively working on bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology orrelated human services field QMHP certification required Licensed(or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist,LMFT, LCSW, etc.) preferred Prior experience treating those witheating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting is veryhelpful.
