Clinicians would staff a EAP contract and be connected to a stable referral source. Please reach out if you fulfill the below requirements and are interested. Licensed in CT or NY Have the ability to offer in person sessions at least one day out of the week Has own office space You are an LCSW and does not require supervision 1-3+ years of experience Has own Malpractice Insurance Has CAQH Profile Has NPI number Please consider the following Please note this is not a W2 position so benefits are not offered at this time Maximum of 30hr per week on this contract Interview for this position is virtual Once a month individual consulting will be provided on cases and private practice development Benefits No administrative hassle Clients are referred to you through EAP directory Paid direct deposit monthly 80.00 reimbursement rate for Tele health sessions 40.00 reimbursement for no show or late cancellation virtual session 95.00 for in person Sessions 47.00 reimbursement for no show or late cancellation for in person sessions Flexibility to set your own schedule DUTIES

• Conduct 55 minute therapy sessions with individuals, families, or groups to address mental health concerns and promote overall well-being
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing immediate emotional distress or psychiatric emergencies
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients’ mental health conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care for clients
• Advocate for clients’ rights and access to necessary services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes SKILLS
• Strong therapeutic skills to provide effective counseling and support to clients
• Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques to address immediate emotional needs of clients in distress
• Knowledge of systems theory and ability to apply it in assessing and addressing clients’ needs within their social contexts
• Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and providing support tailored to their unique challenges and strengths
• Ability to provide patient-centered care that is compassionate, empathetic, and culturally sensitive
• Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations using standardized assessment tools
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and adapting interventions to meet their specific needs
• Knowledge of behavioral health principles and evidence-based practices for treating mental health conditions
