We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (LCSWA) or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) (LCMHCA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care and support to individuals in need of mental health services. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional well-being. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals. Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate care and support. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress. Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources. Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with industry best practices and trends.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Counseling from an accredited institution. Valid and active LCSW or LCMHC license in NC. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, providing mental health services. Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
