What You’ll Be Doing:
Monitor and Evaluate:
Track progress and adjust plans to ensure effective and compassionate care. Respond to
Emergencies:
Be flexible to handle emergency situations and provide support during after-hours when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a related field.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Skills:
Strong supervisory, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Position Details:
Schedule:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for emergency situations and after-hour calls.
Compensation:
Salaried position at $45,000.
