Duties Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks while accommodating dietary restrictions. Maintain cleanliness in the children’s play areas and assist with household chores related to childcare. Provide first aid when necessary and ensure the safety of children at all times. Assist with homework and educational activities to support children’s academic growth. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s daily activities, behaviors, and any concerns. Support children with disabilities by implementing tailored care strategies as needed. Foster a positive environment that encourages socialization, creativity, and independence. Skills Proven experience in home settings such as babysitting, daycare, or nannying. Strong knowledge of infant care, toddler care, and preschool education. Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks while ensuring proper nutrition. Familiarity with first aid practices to ensure child safety. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children and parents. Strong organizational skills to manage daily schedules and activities efficiently. A nurturing demeanor that promotes trust and comfort among children.
