Full-time Nanny 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Winston-Salem, NC 27106 Wonderful Family in Winston-Salem Seeking Full-Time Nanny! We’re excited to support a kind and welcoming family in Winston-Salem, NC, now seeking a Full-Time Nanny to care primarily for their infant daughter starting September 2025. This is a 9-month contract position with consistent hours and competitive compensation. If you have experience with infants and enjoy supporting busy families, we’d love to connect!

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30
PM Hours:
50 hours/week

I nfant daughter (born June 2025), with occasional care for her two older brothers (ages 3 and 5)

One friendly Husky mix
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly Rate:
$5,555-$6,111/month Overtime Pay for hours above 40 weekly or federal holidays worked 10 Paid Vacation Days (5 nanny’s choice, 5 family’s choice) 5 Paid Sick & Personal Days (accrued) Paid Holidays or Overtime Pay if worked
Key Responsibilities:
Thoughtful and hands-on infant care, including feeding, changing, and developmental play Driving older children to/from school and occasional activities Light errands and household support (e.g., groceries, organizing, bringing in packages) Walking the baby and family dog together (preferred but not required) Flexibility for earlier start times 2-3x/month due to parents’ medical work schedules
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with infants and managing multiple children Calm, proactive, and safety-conscious Strong communicator and reliable team player Spanish-speaking or preschool experience is a plus If you’re a dependable nanny who enjoys working with babies and supporting dynamic families, we’d love to hear from you!
