un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Seeking a Full-time Private Nanny in Phillipsburg, NJ (Phillipsburg) compensation: Compensation starts at $28/hour. We’re seeking a Temporary Full-Time Nanny for a 4-month commitment in Phillipsburg, NJ, with flexibility to extend into a long-term role for the right fit. This is a short-term employment contract, starting immediately and ending 4 months from the start date. The position is Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM, caring for a 19-month-old toddler. The role offers 40 guaranteed hours per week, paid holidays, and mileage reimbursement for all work-related driving. Compensation starts at $28/hour. Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate, engaging activities that support the child’s motor skills, language development, and curiosity; using your own vehicle to drive the child to and from local outings (car seat provided); supporting milestone development such as climbing, imaginative play, self-feeding, and early speech; confidently caring for the child while parents work from home; maintaining open communication with parents; and assisting with light household tasks related to the child. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., have a minimum of 3 years of paid nanny experience with infants and toddlers, hold CPR & First Aid certification, have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable personal vehicle, and live within 30 minutes of Phillipsburg, NJ. Up-to-date TDAP and flu vaccinations are required.
