Lead Pastor – North Georgia The Christian and Missionary Alliance – U.S. Church Ministries Atlanta, GA 30329 First Alliance Church of Toccoa Lead Pastor Profile 3-15-2025 First Alliance Church of Toccoa is seeking a Lead Pastor who will shepherd the congregation well, grow our strengths in global missions and loving relationships within the body, and provide strong yet humble leadership for the church as a whole as we engage our community and world. The ideal candidate will have a strong pastoral calling and desire to know, love, and nurture his flock. He will be a preacher-teacher who knows and loves the Word of God, continually growing in his knowledge and understanding of God and His Word. A leader who is led by the Spirit, he will be able to unite his staff and the congregation around a godly vision for this church by encouraging and exhorting us to maturity in Christ. We seek a mature man of God with integrity and compassion, a humble servant-leader who is approachable and a good communicator. He will lead the church in connecting to Christ, growing with others, and engaging the world.
