Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Part-Time Assistant Resident Engagement Coordinator to help create meaningful daily experiences for our residents. In this role, you will support the planning and delivery of social, recreational, educational, and wellness activities that keep our senior community engaged and inspired.

Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing and running group and one-on-one activities such as games, crafts, music, fitness, and community outings. Encourage and motivate residents to participate in scheduled events. Escort and transport residents to appointments and events using the facility van (valid driver’s license required). Take photos and collect stories to share with families and support our marketing efforts. Help maintain activity materials and spaces. Contribute ideas to monthly calendars and special events.

Qualifications:

Experience working with seniors preferred (assisted living, memory care, or recreation setting a plus). Friendly, patient, and creative with excellent communication skills. Comfortable leading small groups and engaging residents individually. Must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently or with a team. Valid Massachusetts driver’s license with clean driving record required. Basic computer skills (email, calendar, photo sharing) preferred.

$15.00 – $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week
