Full Time Resident Assistant Position Available In Clinton, New York

Full Time Resident Assistant Lake Forest Senior Living Retirement Community 8 Lake Forest Drive, Plattsburgh, NY 12903 This job posting is for a Full Time Resident Assistant position for 32-40 hours, in an Independent Senior Retirement Community located in Plattsburgh, New York. We do not have overnight hours, and we are not a 24 hour business. Serious inquiries only please. The shifts needing coverage are Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm. Evening availability is needed occasionally.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Clean resident apartments and Lake Forest guest rooms. 2. Clean common areas according to Lake Forest standards. 3. Assist in serving meals and bus tables during and after mealtime. 4. Encourage socialization among residents. 5. Report concerns about residents to management. 6. Assist with calling emergency services if needed. 7. Provide transportation utilizing the company vehicle when requested by management. 9. Maintain accurate record of chargeable services (additional cleaning, personal laundry, guests’ meals, etc.). 10. Attend and participate in staff meetings. 11. Participate in in-service training, projects, and activities. 12. Assist in training new staff. 13.

Assist in kitchen tasks:

dishwashing, cleaning, serving, etc.

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
