The primary purpose of the Director of Social Services is to oversee the social work, admissions and discharge planning operations for our residents. Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in Social Work or related field is required. LSW license is preferred. Knowledge of the Medicaid process is required. Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
