The Before & After School Site Leader is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing environment by supporting the daily implementation of the school-age child care program.
Before & After School Site Leader Job Duties:
Interacts effectively and frequently with all children Maintains proper supervision of children meeting
NYS OCFS
ratio regulations. Uphold the overall health & safety of each child enrolled Supervise support staff in accordance with YMCA policies Effectively communicate with parents/guardians
