The position is responsible for working with model owners and the service line Executive Director to develop plans for training, clinical development and service delivery for adopted or developed models. Essential Responsibilities Works with Senior Leaders in states and support departments to develop and maintain Pressley Ridge’s ongoing training process and entry level training for new employees. Identifies, develops and drafts procedures related to the adherence of the core components of the Family Preservation model and Performance indicators. Monitors fidelity to adopted Family Preservation Models by conducting regular site visits and real time observations of practices to provide ongoing programmatic support and address implementation barriers. Leads and assures program development around culturally sensitive model of delivery. Analyzes data related to performance indicators and service line metrics using Microsoft Excel and software applications such as Power BI. Creates and works with IT and Organizational Performance departments to build and/or revise forms for data collection in the electronic health record. Develops performance indictors and service line metrics for ongoing monitoring. Assists in producing, updating, and disseminating information about the model for internal and external use. Provides opportunity for development and oversight of individual and group supervision and guiding the team supervision process to self-sufficiency. Qualifications Clearances. State Police/FBI clearance per state regulation; Child and Adult Abuse Registry clearance Valid drivers license and current auto insurance. Reliable transportation for frequent travel to various community locations. Working Conditions Physical Demands. Requires moderate to high level of physical activity including; sitting, standing, walking lifting and carrying as required. Environmental Factors.
