RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Transformative Group Sessions:

Create a space where individuals can explore their recovery journey, share experiences, and support each other through evidence-based group therapy sessions.

Empower Through Education:

Provide psychoeducation on addiction, coping mechanisms, and life skills, empowering participants to take charge of their recovery.

Craft Tailored Treatment Plans:

Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to the diverse needs of each group member. Be an

Foster an environment of trust, respect, and empathy, facilitating a sense of belonging and motivation for positive change.

QUALIFICATIONS

Passion and Dedication:

A genuine desire to support individuals in their journey to recovery and a commitment to their well-being.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field, required; relevant certification or licensure preferred.

Experience:

Experience in facilitating group therapy sessions, particularly with individuals dealing with substance use and/or mental health disorders.
