Swamp-Based Facility, Florida Deployment:
3-4 Weeks Onsite | 1-2 Weeks Off | Housing + Meals Provided We are staffing a secure detention facility in a remote region of Florida. We’re looking for Georgia-certified Corrections Officers ready to deploy, live onsite, and operate in a structured, high-security environment. This is a boots-on-the-ground mission, not a desk job. You’ll be part of a rotational deployment with full housing and meals. If you’re disciplined, reliable, and want to make a difference, we want you. Your Mission Maintain order, safety, and accountability within a secure detention environment Monitor detainee movement and activity, ensuring compliance with all regulations Perform regular security checks and respond swiftly to incidents Uphold all protocols for safety, hygiene, and custody Work collaboratively with fellow officers, supervisors, and facility leadership Maintain professionalism and composure in high-stress, politically sensitive situations Requirements Must be POST-Certified as a Corrections Officer in the State of Georgia (no exceptions) Prior experience in detention, jail, or corrections settings is strongly preferred Ability to work 12-14 hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Physically and mentally fit for duty in an operational environment Strong communication skills and command presence Must pass background screening and drug test Nice to Have Bilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole, etc.) Experience in intake, classification, or ICE/CBP facilities Prior military or law enforcement background
