Role Description We are seeking an Associate Attorney (full‑time; remote flexibility; part‑time considered for the right candidate) to join our growing team.

You will:

Manage cases from intake through resolution, including negotiations, motion practice, trials, and appellate advocacy. Draft pleadings, motions, memos, settlements, and appellate briefs with strong written advocacy. Appear in Family and Supreme Court Mentorship and collaborate within our small‑firm setting, with opportunities to take on leadership as we grow. Compensation Starting salary of $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience. Benefits include paid time off, hybrid work options, case origination bonuses, etc. Qualifications Must be admitted to bar and in good standing. Minimum 1 year in family law or matrimonial litigation; courtroom and trial experience a plus. Position requires superb legal writing, oral advocacy, and self-management.
