Job Description:

As a Lawyer at Ifediba Law Group, P.C. , you will play a pivotal role in providing legal expertise and representation to our clients. You will handle a diverse caseload and be responsible for representing clients and providing them with comprehensive legal advice.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings. Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound and well-founded advice to clients. Prepare legal documents such as briefs, contracts, pleadings, motions, appeals, and other legal instruments. Collaborate with clients and provide them with legal guidance, options, and strategies based on the specifics of their cases. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and advocate for their best interests in legal disputes. Manage and oversee the progress of cases from inception to resolution, ensuring all deadlines and court requirements are met. Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases and providing updates on any developments. Work collaboratively with other lawyers, paralegals, and legal assistants within the firm to ensure efficient and effective case management. Attend meetings, hearings, and depositions as required. Manage and maintain client files and documents. Stay updated on changes in laws and legal precedents that might affect clients and their cases.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar. 3 years of experience practicing law in [specific practice areas], demonstrating a successful track record in handling cases. Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Expert knowledge and understanding of relevant laws, legal codes, court procedures, and regulations.
