The Hargrove Firm is partnering with online estate planning platform NetLaw to provide online Estate planning services for Hargrove Firm clients. Our Firm is expanding, and we are seeking highly qualified individuals ready to hit the ground running.

We are looking for ad-hoc Of Counsel Attorneys to create and review tailored estate planning documents and answer client questions using our proprietary platform. The ideal candidate is looking for additional work or to expand their practice, has a great attitude, and is eager to be a part provide excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to review their estate plan; provide legal advice and guidance. Review documents to ensure sure they are up to date on state requirements. Ensure client goals have been met. Ability to exercise good judgement when discussing estate plans with clients. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer skills: Zoom/Webex/Google meet, Microsoft & Google Suite Experience as an attorney. Basic Understanding of Estate Planning Education & Experience requirements
- J.D. Degree required.
- Bar Admitted and in good standing.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Demonstrated experience with relevant firm software programs such as Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Outlook and Excel) and the firm’s case management system.
- Ability to anticipate the client’s needs and the firm’s needs to avoid surprises and unpreparedness for anyone. Payment & Benefits
