Salary:

Need to have singleplaintiff, class action and wage and hour and comfortable steppingin and handle a caseload. Open to candidates with defense orplaintiffs side experience. Qualifications 3 years of litigationexperience defending federal and state wage and hour cases,including collective and class actions Experience appearing beforethe National Labor Relations Board regarding matters related tounion organizing, collective bargaining, unfair labor practices,union elections, and arbitrations Experience handling employmentlitigation in federal and state court JD from an ABA accredited lawschool Admitted to practice in CT Interested in hearing more?
