Responsibilities:
Advising clientele on business succession planning and wealth transfer. Preparing a comprehensive array of legal documents, encompassing wills, trusts, and business agreements. Collaborating with legal professionals and other relevant experts to deliver comprehensive legal services. Draft intricate estate and gift tax planning structures, including various corporate transactions and trusts such as ILITs, SLATS, and charitable lead annuity trusts. Assist with probate processes, including filing petitions, representing clients in court, and managing estate administration. Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of legal processes and options. Offer legal guidance in estate planning, business formation, and special needs planning. Draft legal documents related to trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and business formation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate in Law (required) LL.M. in Taxation (preferred) Florida Bar licensure in Good Standing Exceptional academic credentials and background.
