The ideal candidate will be able to understand the unique needs for each client, develop custom strategies, and quickly adapt to changing circumstances. Sharp attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of transactional law preferred.

Compensation :

We offer a competitive starting salary plus a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, 401k and more. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Valid license to practice law in the state of Florida.
• 5 years of experience in real estate, general business, and corporate law
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating business agreements including buy-sell agreements, mergers and acquisition agreements, operating agreements, document shareholder agreements, non-compete and employment agreements.
• Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, commercial lease agreements (office, retail, industrial), and conveyance document shareholder agreements, non-compete and employment agreements.
• Mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; partnerships, LLCs and joint ventures.
• Prepare regulatory filings and governance documents.
• Reviewing and resolving title and survey issues, handling all aspects of due diligence, and coordinating closings.
• Tax knowledge is a plus.
