  Position Overview
  We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team in Tampa, FL.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and will be eager to contribute to our reputation for excellence. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and an active bar in Florida
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload involving commercial litigation matters
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client interests.
