We are seeking a skilled Business Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, with a focus on complex business disputes, employment law, and real estate law. This position involves representing clients in various business-related legal matters, providing strategic legal advice, and ensuring the protection of their interests in court. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in business litigation cases, including complex disputes and contractual matters.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution methods.
Advise clients on legal rights and obligations related to business operations and transactions.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies and prepare for trial.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients’ businesses. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Barred in FL
3+ years of experience in business litigation or a related field.
Strong understanding of complex business litigation, employment law, and real estate law.
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
