Description Growing Coral Gables law firm is hiring a litigation attorney to join its dynamic commercial litigation team! If you have 2+ years of experience and are looking for complex, high-level cases with mentorship and true work-life balance, this opportunity is for you. Enjoy a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) while handling: + Commercial litigation matters in state and federal court + Hearings, depositions, and discovery + Drafting pleadings, motions, and trial briefs + Preparing cases for trial or strategic settlement This firm offers low billable hour requirements, a collaborative team environment, and a strong reputation in the community. • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with strong academic performance.
• Admission to the Florida Bar and eligibility to practice law in the state.

Experience:

2+ years of commercial litigation experience in mid to large law firm.

• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
