The position requires strong research, writing/oral advocacy and courtroom skills. Prior experience with drafting motions, conducting depositions, client interaction and participating at hearings is required. Applicants must currently be licensed to practice law in Florida and should live in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Trial team, journal experience or moot court participation is preferred, but not required. A book of business is not required, but if you have one, we support and incentivize you to build on it. Candidates should be highly organized, motivated, experienced in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple ongoing assignments, as well as have the ability to think creatively and work in a fast paced and challenging environment. Associate will gain valuable experience in handling and litigating cases from inception through trial in both Federal and State Court.
