What You Will Be Doing Handle a strong workload of cases from initial intake through settlement or trial Work on complex injury cases Draft pleadings and conduct depositions Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials Supervise full-time paralegal assistant and work with them on a day-to-day basis What You Need for this Position 3+ Years of Experience as an Attorney (Personal Injury background preferred) J.D.
