JobDetails Our mid-size Orlando-based law firm is seeking a motivatedand detail-oriented Commercial Litigation Associate to join ourgrowing litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years ofcivil litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on commercialmatters. This role involves managing a diverse caseload thatincludes construction litigation, landlord-tenant disputes(commercial and residential), bankruptcy litigation, contractdisputes etc. The associate will be responsible for handling casesfrom inception through resolution, including legal research,drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions,participating in mediations and court hearings, and developinglitigation strategies in c Interested in hearing more?
