Description Robert Half is partnering with a private company in search of a Real Estate Counsel to join its legal team in Palm Beach, Florida. This is a high-impact legal role supporting national real estate development, construction, and commercial operations. Base salary up to $225,000 plus generous benefits. Key Responsibilities + Draft and negotiate real estate purchase/sale agreements, leases, construction contracts, easements, and financing documents + Oversee title, survey, and environmental due diligence + Advise on land use, zoning, and permitting matters; attend zoning hearings + Manage and resolve construction-related disputes + Review and draft a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, marketing, and data-sharing contracts + Collaborate with internal teams and oversee outside counsel To apply confidentially, please email your resume to: Deb Montero on LinkedIn.
