Corporate Litigation Attorney Distinct Atlanta, GA 30303 • Hybrid work A full-service law and CPA firm with offices across the U.S. and India is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join its Georgia team. The position offers exposure to a broad range of legal areas, including corporate transactions, litigation, immigration, mergers and acquisitions, and family law. The ideal candidate is a licensed Georgia attorney with 1-3 years of experience who is looking to grow within a dynamic, multidisciplinary legal practice.
Responsibilities:
Handle a variety of legal matters, potentially including corporate transactions, litigation, immigration, M&A, and family law. Conduct legal research and prepare briefs for internal use, clients, and judicial bodies. Represent clients in court, arbitration, and other legal forums. Review, draft, and refine complex legal documents, including contracts and agreements. Negotiate contracts and help resolve disputes efficiently. Identify legal risks and implement strategies to mitigate potential litigation. Perform due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and contract reviews.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience practicing law. Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia (required). Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
Compensation:
$90,000 – $110,000 annually, based on experience.
