We are currentlyseeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Associate Attorneyto join our dynamic legal team. This role offers an excitingopportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing legaladvice and support in the area of insurance defense. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of complexinsurance defense matters, including 1st party insurance and badfaith claims. This role requires a high degree of professionalcompetence and skills in litigation defense, with a focus ondelivering high-quality legal services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Associate Attorney, your primaryresponsibilities will include: 1. Managing a caseload of complexinsurance defense matters, ensuring all cases are handled in atimely and efficient manner. 2. Representing clients in court orbefore government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clientsor prosecute defendants in criminal or civil litigation. 3.Negotiating settlements of civil disputes in the best interest ofour clients. 4. Conducting legal research and analysis of legalproblems to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations forindividuals and businesses. 5. Drafting, reviewing, and revisingvarious legal documents such as wills, contracts, and real estateagreements. 6. Collaborating with team members, clients, and otherprofessionals to discuss case details or strategies. 7. Maintainingup-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and industry developments.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent AssociateAttorney position should possess the following qualifications: 1.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admittedto practice law in the state and in good standing. 3. Minimum of 2years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a strongbackground in 1st party insurance and bad faith claims. 4.Excellent litigation skills, with experience in all stages of thelitigation process including trial, mediation, and arbitration. 5.Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle complex legalissues. 6. Exceptional communication skills, both written andverbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legalconcepts to clients and other stakeholders. 7. Proficient in legalresearch and writing, with the ability to draft clear, concise, andpersuasive legal documents. 8. Detail-oriented and highlyorganized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesin a fast-paced environment. 9. Strong interpersonal skills, withthe ability to work effectively as part of a team and to build andmaintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.10.
